Gloria-Flow is a creative tool used to debate “Public Feelings, Citizenship and Europe.” We are immersed in flows of ideas, information, discourses, values, knowledge, desires and intensities. Determined by cultural and political forces, public feelings participate in these flows; they shape and condition our contact with the world. Shame or hate as well as solidarity, patriotism or hope are rooted in cultural narratives that, however, are non-inclusive. Repeated through centuries, they create realities of collective affective experiences. How can one identify cultural constructions of fear and rage in social and racialized conflicts? How can shame, as historical legacy, be overcome? How can gender equality be eradicated?
